Workshop: Teen Anxiety & Stress Management


Tuesday, August 13th at 7pm -8:30pm

If your teen is experiencing overwhelming stress and anxiety then this will be an impactful workshop to guide you with understanding the behavior, symptoms and issues. You will learn methods to effectively communicate to work together to navigate through stressful events and daily anxiety. 


Waterfall Yoga Hike


Sunday, August 25th at 11am

This beautiful ( VanCampen’s Glen ) waterfall yoga hike will feature forest sensory immersion meditation, yoga, journaling and waterfall picnic lunch. $5 per person
