Grab your hiking boots and join us for a scenic Qigong hike on the AT in Blairstown, 5-miles.

March Qigong Hike

Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 12:00pm. Mixed terrain with moderate elevation gain and loss over 5 scenic miles, Qigong, picnic lunch and learn about the history of the trail and the local fauna & flora. Upon registering, you will receive all hike details. $10 per person


March Waterfall Yoga Hike

Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 11:30am. A three mile intention hike to a beautiful waterfall. Yoga, journaling and waterfall picnic lunch. Mostly even terrain with moderate elevation gain and loss. Registration is a must! Upon registering you will receive all hike details. $10 per person.


April Waterfall Yoga Hike

Sunday, April 5 at 11am. Discover the beautiful waterfalls on Indian Ladders Trail in the DWGNR. Hike is 4 miles with moderate elevation and mixed terrain, yoga, journaling and picnic lunch on the trail. $10 pp.


April Qigong Hike

Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 11am. Let’s hike the beautiful Merrill Creek Reservoir for Qigong in nature, a 5-mile hike, picnic lunch and wildflower exploration. $10 pp

A 4-day/3-night Restorative Yoga Island Retreat in Jekyll Island, GA. Friday, 3/27 - Monday 3/30, 2020. 

Morning estuary hikes, sunrise yoga, sunset yoga & Qigong, moonlight meditation and fireside socials. 

Single $499 pp, Double $399 pp. includes tax, accommodations, all activities and continental breakfast. Register by March 1, 2020. We will no longer accept late registrations.
