Winter Hike & Qigong

Sunday, February 16th at 12:30pm. 5-mile guided hike on the beautiful Appalachian Trail in Blairstown, NJ. Moderate elevation gain and loss, mixed/rocky terrain. Qigong life force energy introduction included. $5 members $10 nonmembers. Upon registration you will receive event details and a list of what to bring/wear recommended for this adventure.
